The Bravehearts Catholic Men's Ministry was established in 2006 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lake Orion, Michigan. The ministry is founded on four fundamental values: FAITH, COURAGE, FIDELITY and COMMITMENT with the mission of inspiring men to live out their lives as true son's of the King. We have had a wide variety of events hosted by inspiring speakers such as Father John Riccardo, Peter He
rbek, Al Kresta and others. Our events cover a range of topics like "Heroes of Old: The Original Bravehearts - a discussion on the early church fathers", "Protecting Our Wives and Children - a frank talk on the evils of po*******hy", "The Courage to Accept Christ's Call - a call to the new evangelization" and more. With the help of solid faith formation we show men the importance of family spritual leadership as a Catholic father and husband. Small men's groups is one of our faith formation programs. We encourage and promote small men's groups, bible studys and other formation tools within St. Joseph CC and other surrounding parishes. We believe prayer and worship is one of the most important aspects to this ministry. We encourage a strong prayer life with emphasis on prayer and adoration in front of the Blessed Sacrament in our 24 hour adoration chapel. We pray for the Holy Spirit to guide our men's ministry to help all men of all faiths come to a better knowledge of the truth which is Christ Himself and His Holy Church.
