‘You know when I sit and when I rise; You understand my thoughts from afar.’

- The Lord knows every aspect of your daily life.
- He knows the joys and the struggles.
- He knows the mundane and the significant moments.
- He knows your actions and your thoughts and He understands you.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You know me completely and understand me fully. Thank You that You see every joy, every struggle, and every thought. Help me to rest and to experience Your loving care and constant presence. Amen.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You are my living Rock. In a changing world, You remain my strength and security. I praise You for Your goodness and faithfulness in my life. Amen.

‘In returning to Me and resting in Me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence is your strength.’

- Detours and distractions are things we need to be aware of and avoid.
- But what a joy when we turn towards God and return to Him.
- Coming back to the One Who created you is life-giving.
- Rest in Him and have confidence in His ability to restore.

PRAYER: Lord, I turn to You and find my rest in You. Still my heart, strengthen my faith, and help me to trust in Your power to restore and renew my life. Amen.

- It involves transferring your burdens and plans onto God.
- At the same time having faith in His nature and promises.

PRAYER: Lord, I commit my life, my plans, and my concerns to You. Help me to trust You and to leave the outcome in Your hands. Thank You that You are my Helper and that You will do what only You can do. Amen.

- What is the one thing that you long for with all your heart?
- Set your heart on God and pursue more of Him.
- He is the Source of all the desires and longings of the human soul.
- Live with your eyes on the future and all that God has promised.

PRAYER: Lord, let my heart stay fixed on You. May I desire You above all else and follow You faithfully every day of my life. Help me to keep trusting You and looking ahead to all that You have prepared for me. Amen.

- Life is like a fight and a race, requiring endurance and commitment.
- Live a life of purpose and intentionality.
- Fight the fight, run the race, keep the faith, and finish well.
- Your work and your race will be rewarded – keep pressing on!

PRAYER: Lord, help me to stay on course and not grow weary. Give me the strength to keep fighting the good fight, running the race, and holding onto my faith. Help me to live with purpose and to finish well. Amen.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You that You are my Helper. You know me better than I know myself and You always step in to lift me up and carry me. Amen.
