Today marks the final day of the Maxwell Leadership International Conference, and my heart is overflowing with profound gratitude.
I want to extend a million thanks to the mentors and leadership team at Maxwell Leadership for enhancing, encouraging, and pouring into the foundation of Loblack’s Legacy. Long before I stepped foot in North America, that foundation was established in Dominica.
My grandparents and parents raised, trained, and prepared me with character, discipline, and a heart to make a difference in the world. It was not merely prophecy—I was raised in the substance of it.
Yet life brought heavy storms. Walking through divorce, weathering trials, enduring church persecution and jealousy, and facing health challenges began chipping at my strength. In that critical season, God divinely orchestrated my connection with the Maxwell Leadership Mentorship.
Through this mentorship, I found the tools to reinvest in my foundation, sharpen my leadership, and become a greater expression of who God called me to be. You helped me stay focused, inspired me to own my raw story with boldness, and reminded me to share my authentic experiences, values, and multi-generational heritage to impact the world.
Today, my greatest fulfillment is knowing I have kept my promise to make my grandparents and parents proud, carrying this torch forward to impact generations to come.
