Rockwell Falls Presbyterian Church

Rockwell Falls Presbyterian Church A small church located in Lake Luzerne. Aprox 30 minutes south of Lake George Skillman. The church burnt on December 21, 1926 leaving only the exterior walls.

The Rockwell Falls Presbyterian Church is located in the Small town of Lake Luzerne in upstate New York; surrounded by the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. The church dates back to the year of 1856 with its first pastor the Reverend Charles H. The church was rebuilt in 1927 and the Jeffers hall was added on to the church in 1958

On the same property just behind the church is the Serendipity Thrift

shop and the Maxfeild Community Food Pantry. Both the food pantry and thrift shop service families that live in the Hadley-Luzerne School District. The Thrift Shop is currently closed due to COVID. Feel free to check their page serendipity thrift shop for updated info. Our church services are every Sunday

On Trinity Sunday, we reflected on Jesus’ final words to His disciples and the powerful truth that God reveals Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. In the Great Commission, Jesus reminds us that the Christian life and mission are not carried out in human strength, but through the power of the Triune God. The sermon explored three key truths: The Father’s Power Sends Us — God is a sending God who calls the Church to carry the gospel into the world with courage and compassion. The Son’s Power Saves Us — Through His death and resurrection, Jesus conquered sin and death, offering transformation and new life to all who believe. The Spirit’s Power Sustains Us — The Holy Spirit strengthens, guides, and empowers believers to live faithfully and boldly every day. As followers of Christ, we are reminded that we never serve alone. The presence and power of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit continue to guide the Church in its mission today.
