Joshua Rathnam, Vice President of the World M**hodist Council and Director of Ecumenical Relations of the Church of North India, visited Hannover a few days ago to meet with the staff of the World Communion of Reformed Churches.
The conversation centered on the closely related themes of Mission, Theology and Justice, which lie at the heart of both organisations' commitments.
Over the course of the visit, the discussion explored how the WCRC and the World M**hodist Council might deepen their cooperation in the years ahead, particularly in addressing the pressing justice concerns facing churches around the world today. The exchange also offered an opportunity to reflect on the shared theological foundations that unite the Reformed and M**hodist traditions, and on the practical ways these convictions can be expressed in common mission and witness.
The WCRC was glad to welcome Joshua Rathnam and looks forward to continuing this fruitful relationship between our two communions.
