🌿 Community Call to Action: Volunteers Needed for Boulevard Blessings 🌿

Our community needs you! ❤️ Boulevard Blessings has been working hard to make sure no one in the Kern River Valley goes without food, care, or compassion — but right now, we are in desperate need of volunteers.

If you’ve ever wanted to make a real difference right here at home, this is the time. Whether you can give an hour, a day, or lend a hand behind the scenes, every bit helps.

We need help with:
🥫 Food pantry sorting and distribution
🧺 Donation organization
💬 Outreach and community support
🚗 Delivery and pickup assistance

You don’t need special skills — just a kind heart and a willingness to help.

Help Us Support Our Neighbors in Need

Many individuals and families in our community are experiencing homelessness or living on very limited incomes. You can make a real difference by donating the items most needed right now.

Most Needed Items

Non-perishable food (easy-open cans, protein snacks, instant meals)

Bottled water and sports drinks

Warm clothing (socks, jackets, hats, gloves)

Hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, feminine hygiene products)

Blankets, sleeping bags, tarps

Small first-aid kits

Gift cards for groceries or gas

Some items that often get overlooked are medications. Its that time of year any unopened pain reliever or cold and flu meds would be appreciated as well as all the supplies that go along with possibly being sick like disposal thermometers, cough medicine and vitamins
