Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice was not small. It was costly, courageous, and given for the freedoms we so often enjoy without thinking.

This Memorial Day, we mourn with grateful hearts, pray for the families who carry loss every day, and remember those who laid down their lives in the line of duty.

To every mom—biological, adoptive, foster, or spiritual, we see you. Your quiet sacrifices, your everyday choice to love, your steady presence… they reflect the heart of God. To those who long to be mothers, carrying silent grief or hopeful expectation, we stand with you. Scripture reminds us that God sees and draws near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in what you carry.

To those who have lost mothers or children, and to those whose stories hold pain, absence, or distance, we grieve with you. The God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3–4) is near, and not a single tear goes unnoticed.

Motherhood is a gentle echo of God’s own tenderness, shaping hearts, carrying burdens, planting love in all places, seen or unseen.
