stian Preschool is a non-denominational preschool that was added to our elementary program in 2010. We focus on self-control through positive discipline methods, character development, reading readiness, and knowledge of Biblical truths. Zion preschool teaches the following skills over a 2 year learning period: alphabet (as letters and sound symbols – phonics), numbers, shapes, colors, hygiene, safety, health related topics, earth science, and cognitive skills. Bible stories are taught daily in order to make God known simply and clearly, in a way that children can understand. Children are offered the security of God’s love through Jesus Christ.
