Asking your child to switch from a preferred activity to a non-preferred activity (like homework) can be difficult and sometimes it is accompanied by tears, screams and full meltdowns. Did you know there is more than just white noise? Something I learned today and thought everyone would appreciate knowing that there is other types of noises that can help our kids. ENJOY!!

An article on VeryWellMind.com suggests explains that "pink" and "brown" noise, which feature lower frequencies than steady white noise, may help people relax, achieve more restful sleep, and in the case of people with ADHD, concentrate and study better.
