Carmen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to helping underserved and diverse communities thrive. With years of experience in mental health and substance use recovery, she now provides telehealth therapy in private practice, supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She’s also a guest speaker, passionate volunteer, and active in ministry—bringing compassion and clarity to every conversation.
