The Whole & Well: Mind, Body & Spirit event was truly a blessing! 💚

Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, participated, and helped make this event such a success during Mental Health Awareness Month. From the wellness presentations and mindfulness discussions to movement, fellowship, and encouragement — it was amazing to see our community come together to focus on caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

A special thank you to all of our presenters, volunteers, and the Young Adult and Adult Ministry for your time, support, and dedication. Your contributions helped create a positive, uplifting, and impactful experience for everyone involved.

We are grateful for the opportunity to encourage wellness, connection, and self-care within our community. 💚
