Celebrating the Life of Mother Ethel Livings

It is with heavy hearts, yet with gratitude to God for a life beautifully lived, that we announce the passing of Mother Ethel Livings, 88 years old—another faithful soldier who has gone home to be with the Lord.
Mother Livings was truly a pillar in the Kingdom of God and a blessing to everyone whose life she touched. She was a wonderful mother, not only to her children, but to so many of us who were privileged to know and love her. She embraced others with the same tenderness, wisdom, and compassion that made her such a treasured woman of God.
As a loving handmaiden at New Life Apostolic Church, Mother Livings served faithfully and humbly. She was dedicated to prayer, committed to living for God, and steadfast in her faith. Her life was a testimony of devotion, perseverance, and sincere love for the Lord.
She was also a devoted friend who genuinely cared about people and the world around her. Mother Livings had a heart of gold and a love for humankind that was sincere, generous, and unmistakable. Her presence brought comfort, encouragement, and warmth to countless lives.
While we mourn her absence, we rejoice in knowing that her labor was not in vain. Her prayers, her love, her kindness, and her example will continue to live on in all who knew her.
Rest well, Mother Livings. Your work is finished, your race is run, and your faithful service will never be forgotten.
Funeral and homegoing arrangements will be announced as soon as they are finalized.
