First Presbyterian Church, in conjunction with the international organization Joni & Friends, is hosting a Wheelchair Drive on April 11! The collected wheelchairs will be refurbished and sent to needy persons across the globe. Manual (no electric) wheelchairs, regardless of condition, are accepted, as well as walkers, crutches, and canes.

In conjunction with the wheelchair drive, a workshop, free and open to the public, is offered to pastors and church leaders on how to make our churches more welcoming to persons with disabilities, 10 – 11:30 am. To register for the workshop, email [email protected]. Please share this post to help us spread the word!

These unique, handmade products are perfect for gift-giving. We have numerous ornaments and other holiday decor to choose from, plus soaps, some kitchen items, necklaces, incense and incense burners, stuffed animals for the kids and more.
