Join the Cowboy Catholics for our annual Crawfish Boil and Auction on April 25, 2026, at the McNeese Alumni Grove for an unforgettable night filled with incredible food, live music, family fun, homemade baked goods, and exciting auction items, all while investing in the next generation of the Church.
For just $50 you get 5 pounds of crawfish with all the fixings, 2 drink tickets, and a whole lot of good Cajun fun. Not a fan of crawfish? For $10, you can choose the jambalaya option.
