Today’s Encouragement .

Sometimes People Leave Your Life — And It’s Okay

Sometimes people leave your life, and as painful as it may be, it’s okay. Not everyone who walks with you is meant to walk with you forever. Some people are part of a season, some teach us lessons, and some help us become who God is preparing us to be.

Don’t spend all your time grieving who walked away that you miss what God is placing in front of you. Sometimes separation isn’t rejection—it’s redirection. God may be clearing your path, protecting your peace, or preparing you for something you couldn’t see while holding on to what was.

You can love people, forgive people, pray for people, and still accept that their chapter in your life may have ended. Every goodbye doesn’t require bitterness, and every ending doesn’t mean you failed.

The Bible reminds us:

“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1

And when a season changes, trust the One who remains the same.

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God.” — Romans 8:28

So when people leave, wish them well, give the hurt to God, and keep moving forward. Some doors have to close so you can recognize the ones God is opening. 🙏🏾❤️

Your season may change. Your circle may change. But God’s faithfulness never will.
