Tomorrow, Rabbi .roston will be starting our 2nd series in the Mindfulness Meditation for Our Souls course. This series is focusing on LOVE and the Buddhist heart practices called the Brahmaviharas, or "Divine Abodes."

There are no requirements for this series except an open heart and an open mind. She will guide your sessions in a way that makes space for beginners and helps those who have experience deepen their practice.

In this series, you will delve into spiritual practices that help you wrestle with these questions:

How can we bring more lovingkindness into our relationships and our own souls?
How can we meet others’ suffering with compassion?
How can we share in the joy of others?
How can we meet life’s ups and downs with equanimity?

If you feel like the world needs more love and compassion, why not start with yourself?
