Join us for our virtual gatherings while we are in transition to new Heart Space Sanctuary Spaces! Sunday, March 22nd at 10:30am Pacificc Time on Zoom.

Our Sunday gatherings are a space to slow down, reconnect, and share meaningful time in community.

Each gathering includes Sound Frequency Transmissions, where live instruments and voice create a relaxing field of sound to help settle the nervous system and open the heart.

We also explore Community Themes and Conversations that reflect what many of us may be experiencing collectively. These discussions often draw inspiration from life events, personal growth, and broader cycles such as astrology and seasonal change.

Finally, we open space for Community Needs and Desires, where members are invited to share what support they may need, what they are creating, or ways we can help one another. This helps strengthen the living village that Heart Space Sanctuary is cultivating.

Join us for an uplifting, family-friendly evening in support of Village Haven, a mission-driven platform devoted to ensuring no family has to raise their children alone.

This special gathering will feature:

6:00pm-7:00pm- Opening Fire Ceremony and Sound Journey Experience
3:00pm-8:00pm- Raffle prizes from generous local supporters

All night- Sound frequency and spiritual technology experiences (Ajna Light Sessions & Henna Adornments)

All night- Live DJs and dancing

This is more than a fundraiser. It is a community activation.

Village Haven supports single parents facing the emotional and financial challenges of raising children alone, especially those navigating high childcare costs or rebuilding after leaving unsafe relationships. Let’s dance, beautiful souls! We are excited to welcome to guide us through the waves of sound Saturday, August 16th @ 6pm at Heart Space Sanctuary in Laguna Beach!

Ecstatic dance is a freeform, improvised movement practice where participants dance without judgment, choreography, or verbal interaction. We commune in a substance-free, barefoot environment with curated music that supports emotional expression and physical release. The goal is to enter a meditative, euphoric state through rhythm and movement, fostering connection with oneself and others.

6-6:30pm- Opening Ceremony includes 528hz Charged Water from with gentle movement and breathwork with

6:30-7:30pm- All ages dance with DJ set by Chayu

7:30pm-8pm- Closing Ceremony includes a meditative sound journey and community connection with & Aluminea

New to Ecstatic Dance? Here are some guidelines:
1. We keep the space talk free (except in emergencies). We can express ourselves through movement and sound, speaking only during Closing Circles. We also refrain from photography or video (ideally our phones altogether). These guidelines allow us to be in the moment and cultivate a deeper connection to our bodies and senses.

2. We take responsibility for ourselves and our own safety and wellbeing. We practice our “No” as well as our “Yes”, and choose if and when we want to dance or be in contact with others.

3. We contribute. Ecstatic Dance stewards, facilitators, and musicians put in hours of work to co-create Ecstatic Dance. In order to maintain the sustainability of Ecstatic Dance, we recommend a donation of $22-$44.

4. We take care of the space and adhere to the venue rules, refraining from alcohol or drugs, not wearing strong scents, and cleaning up after ourselves, especially our sweat!

5. We respect each other equally. We do not touch or come to close to others without a clear invitation and consent.

We are excited to announce that all has aligned for our co-founders Aluminea and Keegan to host a circle in Santa Ana, CA this Saturday, March 1st starting at 5:30pm.

We’ll begin our circle with meditation which will be followed by a sound experience with some of our commUNITY musicians. Aluminea will be sharing Reiki throughout this time. We invite you to come and share your unique gifts in circle with us!

This is an outdoor, family-friendly event at a private home. Families with young children who are still learning the art of stillness and meditation will be asked to be respectful of the circle, however there is plenty of outdoor space to tend to their needs.

This event is for Heart Space Sanctuary members. Not a member yet? It’s free to join! DM us to RSVP or with any questions you have. The specific location will be shared upon membership confirmation.

If you would like to attend and receive, all Heart Space Sanctuary events are offered by donation. The sliding scale suggested donation for this event is $22-$44 per person. We also welcome donations of a non-monetary value that will elevate the event and our commUNITY as a whole. Please reach out if you’d like to participate in any way.
