The mission of Abide has always existed: to bring people into a deeper relationship with Christ.

In 2019, the Abide Women’s Conference was the beginning of a story God was writing. Since then, it has helped over 1,800 women in Acadiana and beyond encounter Christ in a powerful way.

Abide Catholic Ministries, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, now exists to continue that same mission on a broader scale.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?
It is simple: the ability to continue to say “yes” to fostering more moments like the Women’s Conference.

Abide Catholic Ministries was a next step in strengthening who we are so that we that can keep serving, saying yes, and helping even more people meet Jesus. ✝️

A small update with a big purpose 🤍

As Abide continues to grow, we’re bringing everything together under a new name for this page: 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬—the home of all that we do, including the Abide Catholic Women’s Conference.

Abide Catholic Ministries is a non-profit rooted in one mission: to proclaim the image of God as the Good Father, who longs to accompany us in every part of our journey, and to foster a deeper friendship with Jesus through prayer and authentic encounters with His love.

The Women’s Conference isn’t going anywhere! It remains at the heart of Abide Catholic Ministries and will continue as the same beautiful, conference you know and love.

In the coming days, this page will transition to reflect the name Abide Catholic Ministries, while continuing to share everything related to the conference and beyond.

As Saturday’s adoration came to a close, the night felt like it could gently unwind.

The beautiful sounds of the string quartet filled the lounge downstairs, giving women the ability to come and go as they felt lead. Lingering in prayer in the Chapel, reflecting on what the Lord was starring in their hearts with a friend, or simply allowing the music to carry them into rest.

It was a peaceful and incredibly moving way to end such a sacred night.
