It is THANKful Thursday, and today we are sending a massive shout-out to two incredible individuals who went above and beyond to make our recent Impact Tippecanoe weekend an absolute success: Cecillia German and Aubree Reich!
Planning and executing an event of this scale is no small feat, but Cecillia and Aubree handled it with incredible dedication, grace, and energy. From the very first phone calls to the final hours of the weekend, they were the driving force behind the scenes.
Here is just a glimpse of what they crushed:
- The Logistics: Countless phone calls and coordination details to make sure everything was perfectly in place.
- The Strategy: Hours of meticulous planning to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.
- The Leadership: Stepping up to lead teams on the ground and keeping everyone motivated and inspired.
Because of their hard work, passion, and leadership, Impact Tippecanoe was a resounding success and made a real difference in our community.

: Impact Tippecanoe Edition!
We are still on a high from this past weekend, and for today’s post, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. We want to say a massive THANK YOU to the 55+ volunteers and all the amazing donors who showed up to love on Tippecanoe County!
Because you chose to give your time and resources, hundreds of lives in our community will be affected. Just look at what we accomplished together in a single weekend:
- DCS Foster Family Appreciation Luncheon: Hosted over 100 foster families, DCS staff, and volunteers from Innovation, Isaiah 117 House, and Purdue for an incredible time of fellowship.

- Columbian Park: Teams rolled up their sleeves and laid down 4 full truckloads of mulch to beautify the park.

- Lifesaving Gifts: 12 amazing people stepped up to donate blood.

- Community Care: Packed almost 100 care bags for the homeless and over 40 welcome bags for the Foster Closet.

- Sharing the Abundance: We even got to bless Lafayette Urban Ministry (LUM) with leftover pork, mac & cheese, and baked beans!
We always say it takes a village, and we have the absolute best one. Thank you for being the hands and feet of this community!
