Come on out (bring your work clothes) and see what God is doing at your East Liberty Association.

Someone asked recently about things that need to be done.

1) limbs picked up over entire property
2) pressure washing at the LakeHouse, Pavilion, and Office.
3) clean up around the pond
4) clean up walking trail for adventure camp
5) garage door needs to be replaced on the Maintenance Building (old Christian Service Center building)
6) stump grinding
7) trees removed
8. Christian service building cleaned out.

Just let us know what you or your group want to get done.

VBS update for Blanton Baptist Church.

Good morning East Liberty! Just a couple of exciting announcements for the week.

Just a couple of announcements for the week:

1. No Pastors Gathering today.

2. We are starting renovations at the LakeHouse tomorrow morning. If you would like to come tear some stuff out, swing a hammer, or just have a cup of coffee and fellowship, we will start around 9e/8c. We would love to see you there.

3. VBS is coming up quickly. Please let us know if we can help advertise for you.

4. Celebrate 250 marks the 250th anniversary of America. Benjamin Franklin went to France to implore the king for help in securing our new country. Beginning in August, we will start a three-month prayer emphasis leading up to November 1. We are praying for an outpouring of God’s Spirit upon you, your church, and for salvation to be found in our communities. Please pray with us. It would be wonderful to see 250 lives changed in our communities over the course of those three months. Use your VBS, fall festivals, and fall revivals as evangelistic opportunities to engage and reach your community for Christ. Together, we can make a difference. We will discuss this more next Monday at our Gathering.

5. Summer means ACP reports are right around the corner. Have your team ready by getting the numbers together. We would love to have 100% involvement this year. More information to come.

6. Adventure Camp is coming up, and work projects are needed. If your group would like to help, let me know. We have plenty to do to get ready.

I am thankful for you and count it all joy to work alongside you for the Kingdom. Let’s get busy together.
