G.A.P.

Youth is a place where we want to raise up students to live a life unashamed of Jesus, to teach them how to worship in Spirit and in Truth, and show them how to stand in the GAP for students who are lost in our city and around the world.

We are excited about our speaker tonight! Austin Guillory is one of our students who tirelessly serves the body of Christ in numerous ways! There is a great call of God to Preach the Gospel on his life! Trust me, you don't want to miss this! We will see you tonight in Gap Youth!!!!

Camp deposits are due tonight!! Bring $25 cash in an envelope with student's name & amount or a check made out to Life Church of Lafayette. Once your deposit has been paid, you will receive a link to register your teen & reserve their spot for summer camp. See y'all tonight!

🛣February youth outing with GAP Youth 🤗 We picked up Chick-fil-A 🐔 and had a picnic at the Acadiana Park Nature Station, then took an ✨️adventure✨️ into the woods, walking the trails and boardwalk. We stopped in the nature station to check out artifacts & cool info on the area. 🍂🍃 Thanks, parents, for sharing them with us for the afternoon! I hope they had as much fun as we did 😂💛

Hey parents! 📣 There is info in the G.A.P. Parents/Leaders GroupMe thread for this month's youth group outing! Please check it, and let us know if your teen can make it. We'd like to get a tentative headcount for the church van. We're looking forward to hanging out & making memories! 😀

We printed these cards and passed them out on Wednesday to help the students fundraise for camp. If your student wasn't there, we'll be sure to keep passing them out until everyone who wants to use them has one 😊

Good evening! We have dates for youth camp, so mark your calenders for June 23rd-26th {Sun-Wed}!!! 🥳 Please let us know if your teen plans to attend so we can get an estimated headcount to reserve enough spots. I will update with more information this week on deposit, cost, & fundraising.

There will also be an update tomorrow about the youth outing for February. We announced it on Wednesday, but we may need to move it to the 10th. Stay tuned 😎 Have a great week & we hope to see you all on Wednesday!

We are going to cancel Wednesday service this week. Many people have been impacted in many ways by the freezing temps and tomorrow evening, the temps will be back below freezing with the wind chill. Also, a good number of people are dealing with sickness. So please pray for one another, help one another and pass this message along to anyone that you know that might not see this post. Love all of you--see you Sunday! 💟
