Christ First, Fire in the Field Tent Revival

GOD IS GOOD!

The FIRE IN THE FIELD tent revival has come to an end, but only in the sense that the nightly gatherings have stopped. The REVIVAL is alive and doing well. I've been getting calls, texts and messages the last two days telling me about what all God has done and is still doing in people's lives. GOD IS SO GOOD!

96 people made a decision to follow Christ this week! Best estimate is that more than 800 attended the meeting. A precious 82 year old lady was gloriously saved. She came back every night afterwards and was talking to people about being born again. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!!!

I don't know the reality of every decision. I can't see the heart. But I know that God was and is at work. I know He's sick of the apathy in the average church. And I know He still wants to do great things in the lives of His people. And the greatest news is, He is still seeking and saving the lost! TO GOD BE THE GLORY IN ALL THINGS!

WE ARE EXCITED to offer Counselor Training for the upcoming FIRE IN THE FIELD Tent Revival/Crusade this coming Tuesday, September 6th and the following Tuesday, September 13th. Training will start at 6:30 PM. A meal will be provided. We are praying for 100 counselors to train and be available for the crusade! WE NEED YOU! Fire in the Field is just 4 weeks away. Mark your calendar, the crusade begins October 2nd.

IT'S GETTING CLOSE! Our Tent Revival starts Sunday, October 2nd and goes through Thursday, October 6th. Worship will start at 6:45 PM nightly. Our Evangelist will be Ken Freeman from San Antonio, TX, and our Worship Leader will be Chris McDaniel from Chickamauga, GA.
The tent from ACROSS FESTIVALS will be set up in the front yard of Christ First Church, 5994 Martha Berry Hwy (N Hwy 27) Lafayette, GA. This is in the Noble community right on Hwy 27. We are setting up 1500 chairs for the revival. We are asking community churches and Christians everywhere to come join us in praying for God's Spirit to revive His church and bring an awakening to our community and surrounding areas.
We need 100 trained counselors to share the gospel each night at the invitation. There will be 2 training events at Christ First Church; Tuesday, September 6, and Tuesday, September 13th. Dinner will be provided free of charge!
