I had hoped to restart the teaching portion of West Armuchee Ministries on Friday, June 3, 2022. Unfortunately, I've had several medical setbacks.

The wound on my left leg I've been fighting since February 2022 has reopened and I'm in the middle of a rather unpleasant auto immune flare-up of multiple conditions.

I eat maybe 3-4 meals over 5 days, and leave the house far less frequently than I eat.

It did not help that during my last trip to a local ER a provider put betadyne on my arm to draw a blood culture and set off my iodine allergy and created a skin tear and allergic reaction by trying to scrub the iodine off with an alcohol wipe.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to put the ministry on indefinite hiatus until my condition improves.

I want to thank everyone for your prayers. The wound has healed and I look forward to returning to preaching/teaching soon.

My autoimmune blood indicators are very elevated which has me somewhat out of sorts, but I'm looking to restart the live streams on June 1, 2022.

I plan on teaching a series on the basics of the five points of Reformed Theology (TULIP) and why Reformed Theology is important today. Hopefully I'll be able to do teach the material in such a way that is understandable by those who don't have theology degrees or know a lot of theological terms.

I'm also considering holding a live monthly or quarterly question and answer podcast session with a local Reformed Baptist/Conservative Presbyterian Pastor/Minister or layleader on a current events topic or local community ministry. I'll put a poll up regarding that as well.

I just wanted to share an update. Many of you know that I've had a wound on my leg that's been there since February that hasn't been healing. I've also been in the middle of an autoimmune flare-up that has had my pain levels, blood glucose levels, and everything else out of balance, including my clarity of thought.

After consulting with wound care today, have decided to take a break with West Armuchee Ministries until this wound heals and I get back to my "normal".

I'm not quitting, I'm just taking a short break. When I am well, we'll begin the Doctrines of Grace (TULIP) and how they impact the believer's walk with Christ.
