In this Trinity Sunday homily The Rev. Dr. James E. Taylor,Rector of St. George Episcopal Church, discusses how during this season of the church calendar we focus on the life of the church as it grows in the world. The Trinity represents relationships and love. He says that Jesus wanted hisfollowers to know that God would never abandon them as quoted in the day’s Gospel. He encourages each of us to turn to God first and discover how different our lives become.

On this Pentecost Sunday, The Rev. Dr. James E. Taylor,Rector of St. George Episcopal Church, discusses how the Holy Spirit helps us as Christians in our daily lives. He says that when the Holy Spirit intervenes and there is understanding, we find ourselves bonded together in Christ. The gift of the Holy Spirit is to be shared generously and through that we have a promise of a new age, new hope, and a new dawn on this earth.

After months of work by over 75 volunteers to run St George’s 25th Annual Peg Busch Ladies Scramble with 120 players, we presented a check today to Carol Felder Yapaolo of Cornerstone Hospice for $23,000! That is almost $5,000 more than last year. An outstanding result for a worthy and well-run organization. St George is proud to support Cornerstone in providing their compassionate end-of-life care. Many thanks to Fr Jim Taylor who gave Carol and Dale bouquets of 🌹 roses to show St George’s gratitude for their hard work. God bless one and all!

We extend our heart-felt thanks to all mothers today. God bless you and keep you!

We are grateful for the support of Blackston Financial Advisory Group, our Platinum Sponsor. We were able to raise $23,000 for Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, a record-breaking amount. Thank you!!

⛳️💜 Blackston Financial Advisory Group is proud to continue our support of the 25th Annual Peg Busch Women’s Golf Scramble benefiting the Cornerstone Hospice Foundation.

Andrea Blackston and Deanna Mangiardi had the opportunity to attend yesterday’s event alongside friends, representing Blackston Financial, and enjoyed a wonderful day on the course in support of such an important cause.

We are truly honored to remain a sponsor of this long-standing event and grateful to The Women’s Guild at St. George Episcopal Church The Villages for their continued dedication and the meaningful impact they create year after year. Their efforts extend far beyond the golf course, bringing comfort and care to families throughout our community.

We look forward to continuing to support this incredible mission for years to come. 💜
