✨ PASTOR SPOTLIGHT: PASTOR BRIAN ✨

Today, we’re celebrating our Lead Pastor, Pastor Brian! And honestly, we are SO thankful for the heart God has given him and the way he faithfully leads our church family.

Pastor Brian is someone who leads with generosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to follow wherever the Holy Spirit leads. One of the things we appreciate most about him is his sensitivity to the Holy Spirit. He doesn’t just lead based on what makes sense on paper or what’s easiest. He listens, he prays, he seeks God’s direction, and he is willing to follow where the Lord is calling, even when it requires faith and trust.

We are so grateful for a pastor who leads us toward Jesus, who gives so generously of himself, and who cares deeply about the people God has entrusted to him. His leadership reminds us that pastoring isn’t about having all the answers or being in the spotlight. It’s about serving faithfully, loving people well, and staying surrendered to the voice of God.

Pastor Brian, thank you for the countless prayers, the sacrifices, the generosity, and the heart you pour into this church. Thank you for listening to the Holy Spirit, for leading us with faith, and for continually pointing us back to what matters most: Jesus and the people He loves. We know leadership carries a weight that many people never see, and we hope you know how deeply appreciated and loved you are.

✨ PASTOR SPOTLIGHT: PASTOR SAM ✨

Today, we get to celebrate our amazing Youth Pastor, Pastor Sam!

One of the things we are SO thankful for as a church is the heart Pastor Sam has for the next generation. We are grateful for the way she loves our students, faithfully preaches the Word of God to them, and reminds them week after week that they are seen, known, and deeply loved by Jesus.

Every Sunday night, she opens up her home, prepares a space for our students to gather, feeds them a meal, makes room for them to grow in their faith and build community, teaches the Word of God, and lets them raid her fridge like they live there, too! And honestly, we love that! Because ministry isn’t just about what happens behind a pulpit. It’s about opening your home, making room at your table, showing up consistently, and loving people right where they are.

Pastor Sam, we are so thankful for YOU. Thank you for the prayers, the preparation, the late nights, the conversations, the sacrifices, and all the little things that may go unseen but make such a BIG difference in the lives of our students. Thank you for pouring into this next generation and believing in who God is shaping them to become.

We know that investing in students takes a special kind of love, patience, and faith, and we are so grateful God placed you in this role. The seeds you are planting matter, and we believe we will see the fruit of your faithfulness for years to come!

Today, we’re celebrating Pastor Karen, who oversees Spiritual Formation at Illuminate Church!

We are so grateful for the heart, wisdom, and intentionality she brings to helping others grow deeper in their faith and strengthen their relationship with Jesus. Her dedication to spiritual growth reminds us that following Jesus is a lifelong journey, and we’re blessed to have her helping lead the way.

Pastor Karen, thank you for the way you pour into others, serve our church, and help us become more rooted in Christ. We are so thankful for you and the gifts you bring to our church family!
