God allowed the Israelites to experience mana in the desert. Think about it. The Israelites had left Egypt. They saw the Egyptians destroyed in the Red Sea. They had crossed over into the promised land with water on both sides of them. Yet they crossed over unharmed. They had the silver and gold from the Egyptians.
God allowed this to happen so that they could experience His provsions to them. He would have supplied everything for them if they had followed His directions. They were to possess the promised land. But they rebelled, and refused to enter the promised land.
Moses was 80 when he first started leading them. Joshua and Caleb were also in their 80’s when they started their ministries. Do not ever feel that you are too old to do the work God has for you to do.
God will meet your needs, in every way, materially, and spiritually. Let God lead you into the promised land.

Deuteronomy 8:3 NKJ - So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.

Jesus is your example. When He went into the desert to fast and pray, the devil came to Him three times. Jesus was tempted. The devil was speaking scriptures, he was speaking truth.
What did Jesus win with? He spoke scriptures. The New Testament was not yet written, that was not available to Jesus. But the law was available.
The law had much that Jesus could be use. The law was perfectly written, but it pointed out to man that he needed more than the law. The fact that the law only cleaned man for a year was a flaw.
Heaven was not pure, the devil had access to heaven. The utinsels there needed to be cleaned with the blood of Jesus. They were. Before Jesus ministered to the disciples He took His blood to Heaven, cleaned the utinsels, purified the Heavenly arch with His own blood.( Hebrews 9:23)
The Holy of Holies on earth was just a copy of the Heavely Holy of Holies. This is why Jesus had to cleanse this.

Matthew 4:4 NKJ - But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’”

When a baby is born on earth, the parents, or someone, has to do things for the baby. It has to be fed, diapers changed, clothed every day. The baby is also usually bathed, there are many things involved in the care of a baby.
What about a newly born again Christian? Many things need to be done for that baby. However the most important is to teach the baby the Word of God.
The only way a Christian can grow is through learning about the Word. You must start with the pure milk. What is the milk of the Word. It is Faith. God gave everynew Christian a measure of Faith, the same measure. (Romans 12:3) What you do with that measure, determines what you learn.
Faith is the currancy of heaven, and is also the currancy used on earth in the kingdom of God. You need faith.
Learning to walk in love, learning to walk in prosperity, learning many attributes of your life as a Christian, are all things you will learn as you develop and grow

1 Peter 2:2–3 NKJ - 2 as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby, 3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

Do you know people who are not born again? Most of us know people in this catagory. It is so important to witness to others about Jesus.
Do you know people who say they are Christians, but they do not seem to know anything about being born again? I know several, their attitude is that each of us has to come to God in our own way.
This is a more difficult area to address. Learn salvation scriptures. Romans 10:9-10 are very clear. They tell us how to be born again.
Jesus told Nicodemus that you must be born again. This is not a concept which is open to debate. Learn some of these scriptures. Put them somewhere that you can pull them up, to show others.
Learn to pray for these doors to open. What has surprised me, is that one couple I have prayed for, on a public page they are starting to change some of their posts. They are starting to show an understanding that there might be something to Christianity.

Luke 11:23 NKJ - He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters.

Many times Jesus could not minister to people. They did not receive what He said, they did not receive His teachings. This happened in His own home town. (Matthew 13:57)
When Jesus was teaching in His home, four men took the roof off right in front of where He was teaching. They let down a man on a stretcher in front of Jesus. The power was present to heal every one in the room, but only the man lowered from the roof was healed. (Mark 2:1-4)
Jesus ministered to the multitudes only twice. Why, people did not listen to what He taught them, they did not attempt to do the works that He told them to do. They did not start ministering to others.
Why? They liked the free food. It seemed to be thought that they could get feed free, and not have to work.

John 6:26–27 NKJ
26 Jesus answered them and said, “Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled.
27 Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.”

We are to be kind one to another, we are to treat others in a loving manner, without being resentful, or being provoked or thinking bad thoughts about others. We were told to love one another.
The Holy Spirit came into you when your were born again. He will help you to be loving to others.
Read 1 Corinthians 13:4-8. Read this in different versions, including the Amplified Bible. Study these, they show you how you are to treat others.
Read 1 Peter 1:1-2. This says if you walk in love toward others, you cannot sin, you will be obedient to love. 1 Peter tells you that love will cover a multitude of sins. Are you walking in love toward others.
John was the apostle of love. He tells you in 1 John 3:9 whoever is born of God does not sin. You are a whoever.
Learn to walk in God. Trust God to teach you to do this.

1 Peter 4:9–10
9 Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.
10 As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

Full teachings will return soon. Right now they are limited. Remember to be a giver. Pray for others. Give to others. Give a smile, it is appreciated.
Romans 11:29 NKJ
For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

When we speak God's Word, the angels hasten to perform His Word. (Psalm 103:20) This makes it very important that we learn His Word, and use it in our prayer life. Use it in your every day life. Plants respond to the Word of God. Speak to your plants.
Don't wait till you have studied a lot. Start with what you know, and learn more so that you can do more.
Use the Word for yourself, your family, friends, the nation, and the world. Think Big.
Study the Word. If you are a new Christian, you might want to start in the New Testament. Learn the promises you have there.
The Old Testament has a lot of good information in it. It gives understanding to a lot of the New Testament. Also, in the Old Testament there are a lot of promises that are true for you today, there is wisdom, guidance, and help available. As you grow, learn more about the whole Bible.

Isaiah 55:11 - So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

We often look for new ways to do things, for new approaches, new ways to tell others about Jesus. This is good, but don't forget the basics. Be sure that you stick with the basics and don't leave your foundations in your search for improvement.
As an example, churches that leave out the Holy Spirit for fear of causing confusion and not reaching the unsaved have left their foundations.
Consistency is good. God is big enough to help people not be scared of hearing tongues. People try to "cover" for God, when all they need to do is present the truth.
An understanding of salvation is basic. Teaching people who they are in Jesus is something everyone needs to know.
Teaching that God wants your needs met, He wants you prosperous, is fundamental. It is not something to be ashamed of.
With watered down teachings, people do not grow, nor do they learn what they have in God. Let God be God, and don't try to sugar coat the truth.

1 Corinthians 15:58 - Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

Jesus came to earth as a perfect man. He did many things while He was here. He often taught. He taught in homes, on hillsides, and in synagogques.
Scripture tells us that His custom was to obtain the Isaiah scrolls, and read the passage below. (Luke 4:16) By reading this passage, He was using scripture to start His teaching.
Jesus was a teacher. Some called Him teacher. He was known and respected by many for His teaching. Using scripture to start a teaching is an example He has taught us. It is a good example to follow.
With these teachings, He healed many people. He set many people free. He truly set the captives free.
Jesus was also a prophet. The Jews recognized Him as a prophet. He is also a High Priest, and is our High priest. (Hebrews 8:1) Not only is Jesus your friend, your savior, He is your High priest.

Isaiah 61:1 - “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound;

God is your protector. He will always be available to help you. When you are on a freeway and suddenly the car ahead of you is stopped, God is there. Don't give into fear, let God show you the way.
When bullies come up to you, God will protect you. Recently, I heard of a woman in a restaurant who said something nice to another guest as she was walking out. She said suddenly all of the staff were out of the room, the guest got up and was approaching her. She thought she was going to be hit. Then, she realized the person she had spoken to couldn't hit her! God had a wall of protection around her.
Deal with fear, get it out of your life. Trust God. Learn to lean on him so strongly that you know that you know He will protect you.

Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

How do you treat your pastor, or those in leadership over you in the ministry? I expect that most of the people reading this treat them with honor. You should. God has given you shepherds after His own heart.
The congregation has responsibilities toward their pastor. One is to support them. That is not just finances. Aaron and Hur held up Moses hands one time when he had to hold up his hands until dark. That is support.
You are supposed to pray for your pastors.
If you are in a church where you do not have respect for your pastors, maybe you are in the wrong church, or maybe you need to change churches. You definitely need to change. Either your attitude, or your church. My suggestion would be to pray, seek God, and find out what you need to do.

Jeremiah 3:15 - And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.
