The vast majority of churches are well-under 250, yet most youth ministry resources cater to larger church youth ministries (myself and The Youth Cartel included). So I'm pleased that my friends at Youth Ministry Consultants are embarking on a Small(er) Church Listening Project to discover more of what's really needed, rather than all of us making assumptions.
