ok, youth workers, let's make 2026 the year you and the ministry you lead experience some major transformation and growth. The Youth Cartel's Youth Ministry Coaching Program has had 800 participants, and the quantity of growth has been breathtaking. Here's a list of what we have forming, and some we're considering...

- Pittsburgh (formerly planned for Central PA). we've had 4 people committed (need 10) for a while, but with the move to P'burgh, we have a dozen or so people considering it. This cohort will have 3 in-person meetings of 1.5 days and 3 online meetings of about 6 hrs, + 7 1on1 coaching sessions.

- Sioux Falls SD. we've been a 4 committed for a while, but I'm hoping to see some movement here. Hybrid cohort with 3 in-person meetings of 1.5 days and 3 online meetings of about 6 hrs, + 7 1on1 coaching sessions.

- Springfield IL. Same as those above (4 committed at this point, same format). This cohort has major funding from TENx10, which makes it quite a bit more financially accessible.

- Raleigh and North GA. Two cohorts that will certainly fill and launch this year -- got people in both locations working to fill them. Both will be our full cohort experience -- 6 in-person meetings of 1.5 days + 10 1on1 coaching sessions.

- we're also considering opening up cohort applications for San Diego and Denver, and I'm curious of there are people who'd be interested in those locations.
