We believe that the Bible is God's only authority in matters of the Christian Church today. 2 Timothy 3:16 "All Scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,..." Our theme verse is taken from a part of 1 Corinthians 4:6. 1 Corinthians 4:6 "Now these things, brethren, I have figuratively transferred to myself and Apollos for your sakes, that you may learn in us not to think beyond what is written, that none of you may be puffed up on behalf of one against the other." We believe that we are living at the end of time and Jesus will return soon for His church. As we look at the condition of the world we realize from the "Olivete Discourse" in Matthews gospel 24, Jesus said it would be like the days of Noah. The Bible teaches that God will not judge the world again by a flood. But it does say that the world at the return of Christ will be like the days of Noah. It will be very wicked. We want to see many get on board to a relationship with Christ as possible before it is too late. We want to get gospel preached to as many people as possible in our city to compel them to get saved before the door closes and judgment comes. How You Can Know God:
Acknowledge that you are a sinner and that the penalty for your sin is death (Romans 3:23; 6:23)
Realize that while you were a sinner Jesus died for you (Romans 5:6;8)
Believe Jesus Christ (God incarnate in the Person of the Son) died for your sins, rose again (bodily) and receive Him as your Savior (Romans 10:9-10, 13)
Read your Bible, pray, fellowship with other Christians, break bread, and tell others about Jesus (Acts 2:42)
