Is my chicken going to be okay? 🥺🐔 She was walking really funny earlier and had runny p**p all over her butt, so I brought her inside and soaked her in warm water. While she was soaking, an egg suddenly popped out, and literally two seconds later just a yolk came out by itself. 😳🥚 Has anyone ever had this happen before? I’m really worried about her and hoping she’ll be okay. 💔🙏

I’m so freaking heartbroken right now. 💔😭 I honestly can’t stop crying. I just got home from running errands, and our neighbor’s dog was running around with our sweet baby girl Olive in his mouth. Me and my kids are absolutely devastated. 😭🐔

I had this weird feeling this morning that I should’ve kept them inside the run, and now I wish more than anything that I had listened to it. 😭 This is our very first chicken loss, and I never imagined it would hurt this much. Our sweet little Olive Egger baby deserved so much more time with us. 💔

I added some of my favorite pictures of her when she was happy and alive. She was so beautiful, curious, sweet, and full of personality. 🥺💕 We’re going to miss our precious Olive so much. Fly high, sweet girl. 🌈🐔💔

This is my new chicken coop, and now I’m trying to figure out the best way to design the run. 🐔🏡🔨 It will definitely need to come off the side of the coop, and I’d really like it to have enough height that I can comfortably walk around and navigate inside without having to crouch. I’d love to see any ideas, setups, or inspiration from anyone who has built something similar! 💡✨
