Parkholm Cemetery

Parkholm Cemetery During your time of mourning, we are here to serve your burial needs with dignity and respect. Visitors are welcome and encouraged.

We are a smaller cemetery located off of La Grange Road in suburban La Grange Park, IL. Our grounds are beautifully maintained, shaded by large, majestic old trees. We offer in-ground burials, above-ground mausoleum spaces, and monuments. We remain proudly family-owned and operated, serving the community since 1949. The cemetery closes 30 minutes after sunset.

Thank you for sharing, Stories From The Graveyard!

Have you ever seen a Zinkie before? Pieces like this remind us that every monument has a story worth preserving. H. E. Goodwin was a major and quartermaster in the Civil War. Quartermasters procured clothing, equipment, animals, and services on an unprecedented scale, while managing a network of field depots and transportation systems to supply soldiers. In 1862, the department also took on the responsibility of burying the war dead and maintaining national cemeteries.
