We are currently in need of several items to help care for and support our patients. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference for the families we serve.

Urgent Needs
• Allergy medications (Allegra, Claritin, Flonase, Zyrtec)
• Vitamin D (1,000 IU or 5,000 IU)
• Walmart gift cards ($5, $10, or $25) to assist with prescriptions

Patient Assistance Items
• Automatic blood pressure cuffs
• ReliOn blood glucose test strips (any type except Platinum)
• ReliOn glucose meters (excluding Platinum)
• Food City gift cards

We are also especially grateful for donations of household kits with items such as paper towels and cleaning supplies — these are a tremendous help to many of our patients.
