With dispensation from the author, members of Star Sapphire Lodge will conduct the I° Initiation Ceremony from Son of Chicken Qabalah by Lon MIlo DuQuette. This ceremony serves as a sensory introduction to the three mother letters of the Hebrew Kabbalah: Aleph (א), Mem (מ), and Shin (ש).

About the author: “Singer-songwriter, recording artist, and humorist, Lon Milo DuQuette is also the author of 19 critically acclaimed books (translated in 12 languages) on Magick and the Occult. Critics have called him one of the most respected and entertaining writers and lecturers in the field of the Western Mystery Traditions.”

We are honored to share this enlightening and often light-hearted introductory course into practical Qabalah. Doors open at 2:00 pm, and we will begin at 2:30. Non-Member admission is $10.

Thank you to all who attended our Gnostic Mass Celebration on Sunday, May 24. We love to see so many Thelemites and Thelema-curious folks gather to partake of the Gnostic Mass and the marvelous company that follows!

Thank you also to the members who led our Magick Without Tears Study Group prior to the mass. This group will meet again in July prior to the Gnostic Mass Celebration on Sunday, July 19.

Our next Gnostic Mass Celebration will be held on Sunday, June 7. We hope you can join us!

Join us this Sunday, May 24 for our Gnostic Mass Celebration. Prior to the mass, our Magick Without Tears Study Group will meet to discuss Chapter 78: “Sore Spots.”

Doors open at 12:30 pm. The study group begins at 1:00, and the Gnostic Mass starts at 2:30. These events are in-person and open to the public. The suggested donation is $15.

Join us for a new in-person workshop for practicing Thelemic rituals. Learning to perform most rituals requires more than reading. We help each other learn through example and experience. This workshop is for those who wish to better understand a particular ritual and/or aid others in their understanding. We will explore any Thelemic ritual of interest to the group.

Join us this afternoon (Sunday 5/3) for our Gnostic Mass Workshop. Ordained clergy will be available to guide you through the principal roles of the mass: Priest, Priestess, and Deacon. Those who wish to train for these roles are highly encouraged to attend.
