This is a place for friends and family of our Caloosa Baptist Kids to stay up-to-date with the church

With the loss of our dear brother and dedicated Children's ministry volunteer, Richard Morris, it is a poignant time for us to pause and reflect on life, death, and the ultimate hope of heaven.

Tonight and during children's church this Sunday we will be honoring Richard and his memory while teaching our older children what the Bible says regarding life, death, and resurrection.

If any children have questions, there will be opportunities for them to ask, to grieve, and to simply share what is on their hearts.

If any children or families need grief counseling, Pastor Jim is always available to you and would be more than happy to minister to you or your family on any day which is convenient.

Next Summer, 2027, we are planning on taking our kids to Summer Camp for the first time ever! The Coast is a Summer Camp associated with Word of Life Bible Institute, a Christian college, which uses ministry students as camp counselors.

If you are interested in your child or children, 6 years old through the 5th grade, attending this camp next year then please come to our informational meeting on October 4th, Sunday night from 5 to 7 pm, for more details. A meal will be served and a presentation will be made by Kyle Gray, the camp director of The Coast.

At the end of the meeting, we will have sign-ups for both children and youth (two separate camps) who would like to go, with a $99 deposit due at sign-up.

We will make every effort to fundraise the rest of the expense so that all of our kids who would like to go will have an opportunity to go.

Kids! Join us tomorrow at 5:30 for our FINAL Summer of Fun event: the Summer Games!
Enjoy some jousting, obstacle course sliding, and aiming to dunk Pastor Jim in the Dunk Tank!
Wear comfortable clothes to play outside, and wear a swimsuit if you want to be dunked!

Pizza will be provided at 5:30 free of charge and parents will pick-up at 7:30.

Attention parents!
This Wednesday is MESSY NIGHT! 5:30-7:30.
Please have your child:
1. Wear a swimsuit and shorts/a shirt they don’t mind getting messy.
2. Wear sandals.
3. Bring a towel.

We will use shaving cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and flour in our messy fun!

We will hose the kids down afterwards and you are welcome to supervise them and have them change into clean clothes when they’re ready to leave.
