This past week definitely had some fun things going on! Wednesday kicked off Youth & JAM. JAM kids had a blast playing in the water & the youth enjoyed a tasty meal along with an encouraging lesson. Join us Wednesdays: JAM (K-5th) is 6-7pm & Youth (6th-12th) 5:30-7pm.

Saturday morning we had a group meet to hit the streets of Lakeside Village to let people know about breakfast & invite folks to church.

Exciting times for sure!

Just a reminder: If your child doesn’t go home after school to wait for church, there will not be supervision available until 5:45 pm.

📚 School Supplies Available! ✏️

For the past several years, the money collected during Vacation Bible School has been used to purchase school supplies for our community.

If your child needs school supplies, please don’t hesitate to reach out! You can:

• Send us a message here on Facebook
• Call the church at 254-889-3579
• Stop by and see Ms. Christy in the Library (@ school)

Ms. Christy keeps a supply of basic school supplies on hand throughout the year. So whether you’re getting ready for the first day of school or find yourself needing supplies later in the year, swing by the library—we’re happy to help! 📓✏️🖍️

Youth will be starting back in a few weeks. We’re looking for volunteers who would like to join the rotation of providing a meal for our (very hungry) youth on Wednesday nights. If you’re interested in helping, we’d love to have you be a part of it!

We already have four people in the rotation, so if you join, there will be even more time between the weeks you’re scheduled to provide a meal. The more people we have, the less often each person will need to serve. With the rising cost of groceries, providing a meal can be a significant expense. By joining, you’ll help make it more manageable for everyone while blessing our youth each week.
