Church setting had to be different this morning. We got to church this morning and one of the AC units that sets upstairs right above our entryway drained was plugged. It all came down through the ceiling right where you inner our sanctuary.
We shifted church to the Cafe’ and did our best.

The heat is on! With the heat advisory out for our area until Friday, we started 30 minutes early and closed 30 minutes early. If you have not been out side today my advise is to stay inside where the AC is. Even in the heat people need food and clothing. We served 65 families and 4 others after we closed but we had already gave what was left to No Food Left Behind. We made sure they got something to get them through today.
Monday we served 68 families, so for the week 133 families, that’s a Thank You Jesus!
Our friend Jerry that lives in Cedar Crest Neighborhood, across from our Church, came today and blessed us with a load of food donations.
We met a new friend this we Joel, would blessed the panty with some deer meat! I asked Joel if we could take a selfie together.
We are so thankful for this Community of people who care about helping those in need. If you would like to donate clothing, food, time, or financially please call Pastor Mike 765-210-9289.

What an awesome week at Hands of Grace Storehouse Ministry. Almost broke our record of families served in one day on Monday 83 and today 70 families. We are so thankful for ALL of our volunteers. Trained a couple new volunteers this week and they both did a super job.
We are thankful for David and Nancy that do the gardening and provide fresh veggies from the garden for us. Thanks to Aimee & Samuel stepping up to help pick over 325lbs of green beans yesterday. God is beyond awesome!

What an amazing week of service to our Community. We had to close last Wednesday because of the storms, which made for a super busy week this week. We are so thankful for our garden partners, “Seeds to Sustenance “ bring all the produce this morning. Green beans, onions, green tomatoes, Several different kinds of peppers, potatoes, what a blessing. We almost made it through our service time before the rain came down. Got wet some but we served 75 families today and 70 families Monday. We are this allowing those in need of food and clothing twice a month, every two weeks. We are located at 2012 S. Goyer Rd. Kokomo. Mondays 4-6pm & Wednesdays 1-3pm.
