Authentically Me: Being sick does change your mental output, I’m not always at my best mentally when sick but today I celebrate some small wins. As a coach I also need coaching and I did some “wrestling” even while sick and I am grateful for the safe places and safe people I have to do this with! Give the video a watch because you may just give yourself some grace, you may just realize you have some beautiful gifts in your life or you may want to reach out and start creating that space!!

What did you do with your extra hour? This year we have a newborn so the extra hour felt more like an inconvenience, but I can be thankful to the Lord that I had help this morning and was able to get an extra hrs sleep after he went back down. How can you be grateful today?
