Happy Monday!
We are sharing this to our old page for 2 reasons:
1. to promote our church’s inaugural Homecoming Sunday for those who may not have heard (see the post for details).
2. to get our followers still here to like and follow our NEW page (as of January 2025). Please use the profile below for all of your check-ins and tags!
Have you heard? We're having a Homecoming for all current and former friends of Christ UMC!
Perhaps you and your family once called CUMC your home, whether you moved across town, to a new city/state, a new church home, or you are a former staff member or friend of CUMC - wherever you are, we hope you'll come HOME to Christ UMC on Sunday, October 19. during our 10 a.m. worship service.
Expect to hear some uplifting music and hymn singing from our music staff and choir directed by Sarah Holloway, special bluegrass guests Stoney Point, who are longtime friends of CUMC, as well as a worship service conducted by current and former clergy.
There will be a free lunch immediately after worship to allow time for us to reunite and visit with each other.
Please mark you calendars for this exciting Sunday happening in the fall!
