If you can't deny your flesh NOW, then when the Beast comes you won't be able to deny your flesh THEN.

You will melt into the world and become the world and die!

Is denying your flesh easy?

NO!

Is it necessary?

YES! If you want to live.

When will we realize that what we are thinking and what we are feeling in our flesh right now will not sustain us in the end?

Our flesh wants what the flesh wants.
But if we will never learn to deny it NOW, how will we deny it when the cost is much greater?

“Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”

— Matthew 16:24

“And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.”

— Galatians 5:24

** Only the image is AI**

We all have struggles, and everyone’s struggles are just as hard to them. No comparison is needed.

Our struggles, no matter how great or small they may seem to someone looking through the glass window we invite people to peek through, judge us through, and use to decide who, what, or when they may offer a helping hand, are still traumatic to the person experiencing them.

I have more on my plate right now than I can handle.
My cup is overflowing—and not in a good way.

I am tired of the relentless struggle.
I am tired of asking and begging for help.
And honestly, I don’t want to become the person people dread talking to or seeing because they fear I’m going to ask something of them.

Our struggles give us a choice.

We can do whatever means necessary to try to overcome them and get out from under the pressure ourselves, or we can practice our faith, be patient, and wait on God’s timing.

The choice is ours to hold.

I pray and I pray some more.
I am trying really hard to wait on God’s timing and trust that He will bring us through.

His Word tells us:

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” — Psalm 119:105

A lamp at our feet means we don't get to see the whole road ahead of us.

We get to see one step at a time.

And maybe that is exactly how God intended it.

Because if we could see everything that lies ahead of us—every battle, every obstacle, every painful moment, and everything it will take to walk through it—we might become overwhelmed before we ever took the first step.

Sometimes, in our exhaustion, we start thinking,
“I can do this instead. I can make this happen faster. I can fix this myself and make this struggle go away.”

But when we do that without first seeking God, we are relying on our own flesh, our own understanding, and our own plans instead of trusting Him.

And sometimes afterward, we feel conflicted.
We feel uneasy. We wonder if we made the right decision.

That feeling doesn't always mean we've done something wrong, but it should cause us to stop and ask:

“God, am I still following You, or did I get ahead of You?”

We don't always understand what God is doing.
We don't always understand why He allows us to walk through certain struggles.
And sometimes all we can do is take the next step with the little bit of light He has given us.

So ....

Don't run ahead of God.
Don't give up because you can't see the whole path.
Don't let the weight of today convince you that there is no tomorrow.
Just take the next step.

One step.

Then another.

And another.

Follow the light of the lamp at your feet.

Trust God with what you cannot see.

Because His plans are greater than ours, His timing is better than ours, and He is still God—even in the middle of the struggle.

So today, I will take the next step.
And I will trust Him with the rest.

If you can help someone today who is struggling please help them and if all you can offer is prayer then pray for them.

Prayer is helping and caring too.

I know helping someone isn't always easy but if I can I can help..I will .. and if all I can do is pray ..then I will pray.

Have a blessed day

I can’t fix it,
I can’t make it right
But You see me in this fight
I let go, surrender the load
You catch me,
You got me,
You hold me ...
Jesus I Come To You!

Flesh vs. Spirit

What are you living in today?

Life is about choices.
What you choose—and how you act—reveals to those around you what truly matters most.

Are you seeking validation?
Do you want to be seen and heard loud and clear?
Are you choosing to be viewed as a victim instead of walking in victory?

Are you living in the identity of a label someone placed on you because it gains sympathy rather than freedom?

If so, you are choosing to live in the flesh—and my friend, that is not a good look.

When you live in the flesh, you blend in with the world instead of standing apart from it.
You begin to look and act like what you choose to be instead of who God has called you to be.

God has called you blessed and highly favored.
God has called you to stand apart from the world.
God has called you to be wise, not conformed to this world.
God has called you to seek Him first, not what is of this world.

The choices you are making are of the flesh, not of the Spirit.

Yes, you are making your presence known.
Yes, your emotions are being heard.
Yes, you are being seen.

But I promise you this:
One day, the validation you are seeking will leave you empty and alone.

These choices push people away.
They damage relationships.
They isolate you—because you are choosing flesh over the Spirit of our Heavenly Father.

Choose wisely, my friend.
