Meet and of . In case if you have not been seeing what’s been going on or your kids have not talked about this video! it’s time we Talk about this now! Yesterday there was a video going around social media of two prior lake students by the names of and ! Those two little girls really decided to think it was cute to tell a black girl to k*ll herself, say the n word multiple times and then LAUGH about it! This is unacceptable and we will absolutely NOT TOLERATE IT!!! this incident happened a couple of weeks ago and now is coming to light! These two students did not think TWICE at all about their actions and is very disturbing. What is going on at home!

EMAIL and call every single one of those contacts in the comment section until we get accountability!! These students need to be expelled that’s the only way there is justice! Stop with the restorative circles, stop with the “this is not who we are BS” let’s hold those girls accountable and the prior lake school district accountable!!!

Love-H.O.P.E Academy began in 1996, and has provided a high-class nature, cooking and trade school education for school-age children.
We realize there aren't a lot of options for school kids in the way of care for afterschool and summer and days off of school, Kids from primarily ages 6 to 17 don't have a great spot to fit in.

Now, LHA hopes to expand to property in the city of Knoxville. In late June of 2021, the proposal went through a conceptual review stage, which began the process for the youth camp and nature and trade center being approved at a 22-acre site on the east side of Knoxville off of Delrose Avenue.

The proposed camp would operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, year round.

We're looking into funding of $350,000 and rounding up some investors that can get excited about the project and helping us move forward.

We can help individuals ages 17-24 years old gain the skills needed for in-demand careers in East Tennessee. This program assists with free, short-term career and technical training, supportive services and subsidized wages while learning a new job..

The Young Minds Program is very flexible in eligibility requirements. We will do our best in understanding your situation and work with you on the right path for you. Here are some common ways you can be eligible:

You reside in a high poverty zip code and can prove it with a piece of formal mail or lease agreement.

You are receiving SNAP (Food Stamps), Free Reduced Lunch or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families).

You who are pregnant or are parenting as a young adult.

You meet minimum requirements depending on your home size and gross income of anyone who is a household member (mother, father, children, etc.).

The list of possible career training courses is endless, ranging from Accounting to Welding to getting your CDL's and everything in between. LHA Young Minds Program focuses on “in-demand” occupations in Knoxville, TN and surrounding counties in industries such as Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Logistics, Information Technology, Tourism, and Entertainment. Occupational and trade skills are vital for our economy, especially in the black communities.

Can I get some dedicated people to meet me at KARM thrift store on Chapman Hwy (or any thrift store close to you) to purchase all of their blankets, coats, socks, gloves and hats for the homeless? VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ASAP: LHA Seed Ministry is in need of volunteers to help a single mother who is fighting cancer. Her home is incomplete due to a contractor taking off with her entire savings and the materials she purchased to have her house remodeled. While she is pursuing him legally, there's a stand still on her home. Below is listed the needs. Whether it's in-kind services of materials, labor or donations, anything is appreciated. 100% of all proceeds will go towards the project. If you or anyone you know can hang drywall, paint, drive a nail or just offer your helping hands, we need you!

House Finish - There are many little details left that need to be complete, such as calking all the nail holes, putting the windows in the frames, putting in the window screens, nailing trim on and other little important details. The goal is to finish the detail work.

Interior Drywall-Finish crews needed to hang drywall and mud, tape and texture the interior. Experience with drywall finish preferred for the mud tape and texture. Tools and materials will be provided, bring work gloves.

Interior Painting- After the drywall is installed and the texture has dried the paint crews will paint the interiors. Painting experience a plus but not required. Rollers and brushes provided.

​Interior Touches- After the paint has dried inside, the interior design crews will hang mini-blinds, install fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

General laborers needed for cleanup of demo piles, and sweeping and cleaning rooms for new installation.

Skilled laborers needed to install new drywall and mud, tape and texture.

General laborers needed to paint the interior after the walls are up.

General laborers needed to help install flooring.

Tools and materials provided, bring work gloves.

Racism! "Ignore it and it will go away", "It's in the past, let it go", "I'm not racist because..". That is the tactic the many non people of color has adopted when it comes to racist and those who refuse to face, head on, the TRUTH of America the not so beautiful! Many (not all) white people simply turn a blind eye to the corruption and racist hatred in their midst, assuming that if it’s not happening in their church, home, community, etc, then it’s not their problem.

But that’s not the biblical pattern for dealing with sin in the church and communities. In fact, it directly contradicts the apostle Paul’s instructions for dealing with deeds of darkness and professing believers whose sin is corrupting the church and our communities. (Ephesians 5:11).

Our God commanded responsibility goes beyond abstaining from the “deeds of darkness.” We are also called to expose them. To ignore evil is to encourage it, and to keep quiet about it is to help promote it. That's what many, including Head racist in charge, Trump is doing. If you, as a white man and woman, profess to be a child of the God of the bible, then you know that we are to confront sin with intolerance. A Prophets heart. When it comes to sin, whether it's sexual abuse, physical abuse, adultery, etc., if the church wants to be SILENT about it instead of addressing it, you agree with it.
