Our Father Daughter Dance is this Saturday, February 21! We are excited to open our doors at 5:15 p.m. for a night of dancing to the beats of DJ Tara and a few surprise guests!

Photo Booth Schedule | If you daughter is:
Ages 4 or under | 5:15 -6:00 p.m.
Ages 5-7 | 6:00-6:30 pm
Ages 8-10 | 6:30-7:00 p.m.
Ages 11-12 | 7:00-7:30 p.m.
Ages 14 an up | 7:30 p.m

If you have multiple daughters in your party, please attend photo time slot of the youngest child with your group. See you Saturday!

Happy Tuesday, FCUMC! Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and the beginning of Lent, the solemn 40-day season of prayer, reflection, and repentance preparing Christians for Easter, and is marked by a pastor placing ashes on the foreheads of worshippers, signifying mortality and sorrow for sins.

You are invited to observe Ash Wednesday with Fountain City UMC. Imposition of ashes will be available at 7:45 a.m. and 12 p.m. in the FCUMC Chapel, as well as at the Starbucks on Broadway in Fountain City, also at 7:45 a.m. and 12 p.m. The Traditional Ash Wednesday worship service will be held at 6:45 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

You are also invited to our Fountain City Fellowship meal before Ash Wednesday worship! Come enjoy Chicken Pot Pie (recipe by Melanie Seiber) and Chess Bars (recipe by Becky Ripley). PLEASE NOTE: We will not hold Fountain City Fellowship classes tomorrow, nor will there be any programming for children, youth, or ELL.

Due to the potential for a wintry mix this evening, we have decided to err on the side of caution and cancel the Fountain City Fellowship meal and classes for adults, youth and children. Step studies are canceled as well. The choir and ELL classes will meet as scheduled. We look forward to seeing you next Wednesday for Fountain City Fellowship! Stay safe!
