When: Everyday this week, starting at 8:30

Details: Crossroads is a large hub for donations for TN and western NC. They need hands to help sort through the donations. Doesn’t matter the age, they need all the help they can get!

📣 Urgent Service Opportunity 📣

We have a gentleman in need of a ramp on his house after a stroke. He will be coming home on Friday. HP would like to get him the ramp built on Saturday. It isn’t going to be huge, but I need at least 3-4 people that know what they are doing with power tools and hammers! It is in Wartburg. We can either plan to meet at the church around 8:30 or just meet at the location at 9.

If anyone has saws, nails guns, hammers, etc that would be helpful!

Urgent service request!!!!

Good afternoon, all! I need to reach out to see who has the skills, ability, and time to help with a quick turnaround service project that has been requested. Jeremy Andrews has a coworker who has had a stroke while in Las Vegas. He is coming home wheelchair bound, but his home does not have a ramp. They anticipate being home on the 14th! I need to know if we have anyone that can assist in building this ramp within the next week and a half! I also need someone asap to go out and measure so that we can get an estimate of supplies and cost. The home is in Wartburg. Please let me know asap if you could assist!! Thanks all!!

📣 Service Opportunity 📣

HPC is sponsoring a snow-cone booth at the Ball Camp Elementary Carnival on Friday, May 3. The carnival runs from 5:30-8:30 PM, and we need some HP volunteers to run the booth! We can do shifts if needed! This will be a great opportunity to interact with the community on their own turf to show Christ’s love. If you are interested in volunteering, reach out to Lindsey Aloisi or drop a comment on this post!

We also need additional volunteers at the carnival for all types of jobs, so if you want to volunteer in another capacity a place can be found for you!!!

If you plan to bring a side or dessert for the Karns Preschool staff tomorrow, we will be meeting at the Preschool at 11:00 am or you can drop off your items at the church at 10:00-10:30. Comment below if you plan on helping and/or bringing a dish.

Teacher Appreciation Week! We had the opportunity to serve the staff at Amherst Elementary School this morning. A big thank you to the teachers and staff there at Amherst.
