Salaam, all. As the need in our community continues to increase drastically, we need your support to sustain our efforts to feed our communities.

July was our busiest month to date, serving more than 400 families and over 1,500 individuals!

It takes 10 dollars a month to provide 1 family with basic goods to survive.

We have a goal of securing $4,000 in recurring monthly donations to cover the food costs of the families we serve.

To Allah we belong and surely to Him we return.

It is with sorrow and sadness that we report that Sr. Khurshid Sheikh, mother of Rashida, Shahid, Sajid, Tariq, and late Khalid Sheikh, has passed away.

The family is requesting for everyone to make du'a, praying for Khurshid’s maghfira, forgiveness, and for her to enter Jannatul Firdous.

The burial will be *today, June 23rd at 5:00 at Lakeview Cemetery* in Lenoir City.

Visitation will be for men and women tomorrow, June 24th 5:30-9:00 at the Quran Center.

Please take a moment to read Surah al-Fatiha as well as Surah Yasin. May Allah accept, purify, and elevate the deceased with the righteous people in Paradise. Ameen.
