PUMPKIN BARS!
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
15 oz can pumpkin puree
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup canola oil
2 large eggs
2+1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz block cream cheese
6 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp heavy cream

BLT PASTA SALAD:
1 16-oz box Rotini Pasta
13 slices bacon
½ large red onion
1½ cups cheddar cheese
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 avocado
1½ cups cherry tomatoes
¼ cip parsley
1 1-oz Hidden Valley Dressing Mix dry
1½ cups mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream

CHICKEN BACON RANCH PASTA SALAD:
12 oz pack spiral pasta
3 cups rotisserie chicken
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 chopped tomato
6 pieces sliced bacon
1 zucchini
1 Ranch Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
¾ cup buttermilk
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp paprika
¼ tsp garlic powder

SUMMER PASTA SALAD:
12 oz dry Rotini pasta
1 tbsp+½ tsp kosher salt
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups mini cucumbers
1 cup red bell peppers
1 cup orange bell peppers
1 cup yellow bell peppers
1 cup feta cheese
½ cup virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp minced basil
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp black pepper

CREAMY PASTA SALAD:
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup whole milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
1½ tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
12 oz box bowtie pasta
7 oz ham steak
1 cup monterey jack cheese
1 cup cucumber
1 cup red onion
1 cup grape tomatoes
