Last night during Breathing under the oak trees there proved to be ample opportunity to explore why we take time to do breath work in community. One of the gorgeous oak trees is completely gone from the storm. There was also very loud music being played in close proximity to where we were sheltering from some rain. And as a community we tapped and breathed our way through it, shared some laugher and giggles, and accepted all the present circumstances together. Then we circled up to share our experience of the evening and how breathing alone and in community is changing our lives. There is power in this practice! Come and discover it for yourself! – Carrie Hardy
