Mike and Tanis Busted out this entire 2 bedroom house with wrap stairs yesterday... I think we have done the flooring in this duplex maybe 3 or 4 times over the last 20 years... lol, Mike can practically remember all the measurements... 😂

I learned about the dead man technique back in 1999 when i was carpeting the las Vegas stratosphere... we used an old pallet with tack to stretch huge casino rooms... i work Vegas for 15 years during the Boom! did the Luxor, MGM, Bellagio, Venetian... Circus Circus... Those were the days! so i built this mini Deadman for occasional use, when needed.. lol
