Entering 2021 with a goal of continuing to disciple the middle schoolers of La Primera so they may continue to grow in the Lord and in their relationship with Him. The leadership team will continue to work together in building them and their faith up in God.

We continue to meet Sunday's at the 11 AM service after worship and on Zoom every Thursday evening at 7.

We are looking forward to what God has in store for Unashamed in 2021.

What makes us happy? After coming together to create recipes for happiness we were able to find through scripture what, or whom the true source of happiness is. Romans 15:13 says, "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." God is THE source of ALL joy and peace. When God is the source of our joy it will motivate us to do what HE has called us to do including sharing that joy with all whom we encounter. When we feel we are lacking in joy or happiness, HE is the One to turn to. Our emotions fluctuate, but God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If HE has provided our joy before, there's nothing stopping Him from providing again. He is faithful and He's who brings our happiness. What makes you happy?

Doing what we love to do every week; diving into scripture to learn more about who God is, who we are in Him, and how we each uniquely play a part in the expansion of His Kingdom. We are part of the body of Christ functioning differently for one end goal, salvation for ALL people!

Today, some of the Unashamed Middle Schoolers decided to make a decision that would forever change them. They decided to die to themselves and show the world that they are free and that they belong to Jesus because He's the one who made them free. They no longer live for themselves, but live to tell the world that the same God that saved them is ready to save us all. We are Unashamed!

Prayers for our family members for salvation, restoration, and for the breaking of strong holds. We know that our families, our friends, our world NEEDS JESUS! We give God thanks because he hears the prayers of the righteous, He is mighty to save, and there is nothing impossible for Him. His word says so, so we believe it!

Sunday Bible Study!
God reminded us today of the importance of relationship and spending time with Him in prayer and through His word. Also, the importance of giving Him time to speak to us. Let's open our ears to hear what He had to say to us daily.
