We all like to think we’re open to feedback, but how often do we actually dig our heels in just to prove a point? I’ve realized that my own pride has been the biggest obstacle to my personal and professional growth. It’s a tough pill to swallow, but letting go of the need to be right is the most liberating thing you can do for your future.

What is one area of your life where you’ve had to swallow your pride to move forward? Let’s share some experiences below.

# # Day 2: Heart Matters
**Scripture:** Jeremiah 17:9
> “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond a cure.”

The human heart, by nature, tends to deceive us, leading us away from God’s truth. Recognize that our hearts can justify behaviors and thoughts that are contrary to God’s will. Understanding this truth is crucial because it highlights our need for God’s intervention. Accepting that our hearts are deceitful reminds us of our dependency on God to renew and purify us continually.

**Prayer:** *Father, reveal the deceit within my heart and guide me towards Your truth. Help me surrender to Your transforming grace. Amen.*

**Reflect:** How have you noticed your heart leading you away from God’s truth?

# # Day 1: A New Beginning
**Scripture:** Genesis 1:1
> “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”

Reflect on the power of God’s creation and its relevance to your personal renewal. Just as God initiated creation from nothing, He can create a new heart within us. Embrace the idea that renewal is not about slight improvements but a complete transformation initiated by God. This foundational truth reassures us that no matter how broken we feel, God is capable of creating something new and beautiful within us.

**Prayer:** *Lord, thank You for Your creative power. Create in me a new heart and help me embrace the transformation You offer. Amen.*

**Reflect:** In what areas of your life do you need God to start something new?

Memory Verse
“Create in me a pure heart, O God…” — Psalms
David doesn’t ask God for better behavior.
He asks for a new heart.
Because real repentance isn’t just about changing actions…
it’s about God changing you from the inside out.
We don’t just need polishing.
We need renewal.
And the good news is that God still specializes in heart surgery.
🖊️ Memory Verse of the Week:
“Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10
Some people need a brand new heart.
Some believers need renewed hearts through repentance.
Either way… God is still in the business of making people new.

The trap we all fall into...

We’ve all been there—trying to cover up one mistake with another, hoping that if we just work hard enough, we can fix the situation on our own. But the truth is, sin never fixes sin. It’s like trying to put out a fire with gasoline. True peace doesn't come from our own efforts to manage our shortcomings; it comes from acknowledging our need for grace and letting God do the heavy lifting. How do you handle it when you realize you've been trying to solve your problems the wrong way? Let’s share some encouragement below.

# # Day 5: Living and Sharing the Joy of Forgiveness
**Scripture:** John 19:28-30
> “When he had received the drink, Jesus said, ‘It is finished.’ With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.”

Christ’s final words on the cross, “It is finished,” signify the completion of the work required for our forgiveness. Our journey doesn’t end with personal cleansing; it extends to sharing this truth with others. The joy of forgiveness is meant to be lived out and shared. As you embrace the freedom Christ offers, consider how you can encourage others to experience this same cleansing and joy.

**Prayer:** *Thank You, Jesus, for Your finished work on the cross. Help me to live out and share the joy of Your forgiveness. Amen.*

**Reflect:** How can you share the joy of Christ’s forgiveness with someone in your life this week?

# # Day 4: Facing the Challenge of True Cleansing
**Scripture:** Exodus 12:22
> “Take a bunch of hyssop, dip it into the blood in the basin and put some of the blood on the top and on both sides of the doorframe.”

The use of hyssop during Passover symbolizes protection and cleansing. Just as the Israelites were protected by the blood of the lamb, we are cleansed by the blood of Jesus. Facing the reality of our sin is challenging, but it is necessary for true cleansing. This challenge requires us to confront our sins honestly and rely on Christ’s sacrifice for purification.

**Prayer:** *Lord, grant me the courage to confront my sins and the faith to trust in Your cleansing power. Amen.*

**Reflect:** What fears or challenges do you face when confronting your own sins?

We all have those areas in our lives where we just keep 'managing' the chaos. We create systems to deal with the stress, we find workarounds for the clutter, and we convince ourselves we're being productive. But there is a massive difference between managing a mess and actually removing it. True progress happens when we stop accommodating the chaos and start eliminating it for good. It’s a tough shift to make, but it’s the only way to create real space for what matters. What is one thing you’ve been 'managing' that you’re finally ready to remove from your life? Let’s discuss below.
