Happy Mother's day! I'll always love my mother RIP.
I know it will be bittersweet for some because your Mom is no longer here. I pray that God will wrap his loving arms around you!
However, please remember that you are a Mom. You lead, you guide, you teach, more importantly, you LOVE!

God doesn’t always follow a normal timeline. He has some blessings that are going to put you a generation ahead. Everything is going in order, in line, routine, and then out of nowhere, a generational blessing. The Scripture says, “You will live in houses that you didn’t build, eat from vineyards that you didn’t plant.” Those are generational blessings. To reach the fullness of your destiny, to see all God has planned for you, it’s not going to happen only at a normal pace. There are going to be some fast-forward moments: favor that catapults you ahead, times that you find yourself further. You can’t explain it. You didn’t earn it. It wasn’t on your schedule. It was the hand of God, accelerating your destiny, thrusting you decades ahead.

My friend, please know that God is ordering your steps. Sometimes we don’t understand his plan & it may seem uncomfortable at times. But like Joseph, all the disappointments, delays, betrayals were all a part of God’s plan for his success. He didn’t fight it, he embraced it. He kept a good attitude, he did his best despite what came against him. And I am here to tell you, God is going to get you to your destiny. No matter what you're going through or what people think or say...So keep it light and don't fight, God has got you!

When was the last time someone did you wrong? Did you hold on to the hurt, try to pay them back? When someone betrays your trust, when they leave you out, when they say things that aren't true about you, the offense leaves a wound. One big test we must pass is to forgive people as Jesus has forgiven us and, as much as possible, to be a "peacemaker" rather than revengeful (Matthew 5:9). That means to be good to those who have not been good to us. Jesus says, "Love your enemies, do good to them...Then your reward will be great" (Luke 6:35). That's the test. That's God seeing if you're ready to be promoted. When God can trust you to handle favor, influence, and power without using it to be vindictive, He can take you to new levels.

One thing that can easily stunt our growth is the people we’re spending time with. You need to evaluate your friendships. The people you’re eating lunch with at the office, the neighbor you’re hanging out with. Are they making you better, pushing you up higher, inspiring you to reach your dreams, or are they causing you to compromise, or speaking bad of you to be mediocre. All I'm saying, is that God has plans for you! Plans to prosper you & give you hope for the future. It's time to re-evaluate.

Sometimes we get frustrated because we can’t see the whole script. We don’t know what God is up to. We go through disappointments, loss, bad breaks. It doesn’t make sense to us. It’s a setback. But nothing is random; it’s all working according to His plan and what He decided long ago. You have to trust Him when you don’t understand. You have to believe that He’s Sovereign, that it’s all serving a purpose. And One day, you’ll see what He was up to. Be Blessed with peace today.

If you let people get you upset and offended—where you’re focused on paying them back—you can miss your destiny. Maybe God sent me to remind you to not let difficult people bait you into conflict, steal your joy, cause you to live frustrated, spending energy on things that don’t matter. You have to make up your mind that difficult people are not going to control you. You’re not going to let them offend you, upset you, push your buttons. Turn those buttons off. Stay in peace.

What you do matters. You matter. The hand of God is on your life. You are graced to go out and make a difference in this world. You are not just one person in a billion. You are full of purpose and destiny. You are not ordinary; you are creating the extraordinary for those around you. Keep honoring God. Keep using your gifts and talents. Keep pouring into your family, excelling in school, stepping into your dreams. There are miracles in your movements. As you continue to move forward, winds of change are happening. Because of your faithfulness, you’re not only going to be a great blessing, but you’re also going to be blessed in great ways. You will see the faithfulness of God.

God sees the big picture. He knows how to connect the dots in our lives. We’re never going to understand, in the moment, how our obedience can result in God’s greater plan. Any time you hear that whisper, that impression to be good to someone else, it will not only have a positive effect on them, but it will have a positive effect on you. You may have to push past fear or uncertainty and do what God is asking you to do. You may not see how it will make a difference, but every act of obedience leads to a blessing down the road.

When the opportunity comes, we’re tempted to push it away. No, don’t self-sabotage the greatness God has for your life. Don’t let fear, unworthiness, doubt, insecurity, not being qualified, keep you from stepping into levels you’ve never dreamed. Peter didn’t feel qualified. He felt unworthy. He had weaknesses. He was unstable, inconsistent. Yet God said, “You’re going to become a rock. I’m going to build My church on you.” God wouldn’t have given you the gift if you couldn’t handle it. You may not feel qualified, but He’s going to train you. You’re not a finished product. He’s making you, molding you, bringing out gifts and talents that you didn’t know you had. Now, you have to do your part and receive the approval, receive the confidence, receive the favor, receive the abundance.
