Week 1 of Upward Volleyball!

Yesterday and today kicked off our very first week of Upward Volleyball Games, and it was incredible to see it all come together.

From the energy in the gym, to the encouragement from coaches, to the smiles (and a little friendly competition) from our players—God is already doing something special through this season.

This isn’t just about volleyball. It’s about building confidence, growing character, and pointing these athletes to Christ in everything we do.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our volunteers, referees, coaches, and families who made this opening week possible. You are making an impact that goes far beyond the court.

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season holds!

🏀 What a Final Week of Basketball! 🏀

What a way to wrap up the season! This last week of basketball was everything we love about our Upward program — energy, encouragement, growth, and a whole lot of heart.

Our players gave it their all. You could see how much they’ve improved since week one — not just in their skills, but in their teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship. That’s what makes this program so special.

But can we take a moment to celebrate the real MVPs? Our fans.

Every week you showed up. You filled the gym. You cheered loudly. You encouraged not just your own child, but every player on the court. You clapped for effort. You celebrated hustle. You modeled what it looks like to compete with joy and character.

That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of families who care — families who believe sports can be about more than just winning.

One of the best parts of our Upward Basketball League is that it’s about more than basketball — it’s about learning to love God and love others.

Each game starts with prayer.
Each halftime video teaches how to honor God in sports and in life.
Each practice includes a devotion that brings it all together.

We love seeing our kids grow in skills, character, and faith all at the same time.
