Campus Christian Fellowship, or CCF, is a Christian campus ministry at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. What we strive for – our vision – is to help college students love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. How we want to reach that – our mission – is by creating an environment of

real community, worship and truth for the glory of God and the building up of others. CCF is a nondenominational organization and it is comprised of people from nearly all denominations. Midweek, which happens on Wednesday nights at 7pm during the school year, is a casual worship experience that includes music and teaching and that serves as a place to connect with God and with friends during the busyness of the academic week. We also have a Sunday morning service at 10:30am. This is our more church-like service, which includes music, teaching, offering, and communion weekly. All our services are held on campus, currently in Violette Hall 1000, making for the least threatening, most familiar feeling and most convenient opportunity for you to learn about CCF and pursue God with us.

Attention Alumni!! You are cordially invited to join CCF in celebrating Truman’s Homecoming this fall on October 24th - 25th.

Join us for the school’s pregame tailgate for some hot dogs, then end the day with us at the CCF House with a house party full of CCF students, new and old!

Then on Sunday, come on back to good ole VH1000 for our Sunday service immediately followed by an alumni-only lunch!

We’d love to get as many alumni and current students as our backyard, and VH1000 will hold!

Christians believe the Bible is true, but do we ever consider how it is true, how it tells the truth? Facts? Histories? Parables? Stories? Songs? Laws?

Do all these tell the truth in the same way? Would we know how to hear them if they didn’t?

Come hear more in a special lecture by Reed, “The Bible Talk: Facts, Truth, and Life with God” in The Forum on Tuesday, February 24 from 7:00-8:00pm. He’ll directly explore questions about how the Bible works, how we read it, and how our conception of it sets a course for what we get out of it.

Whether the Bible fascinates and/or frustrates you, come consider what Reed has to say. He hopes to help you love the Bible more, become more comfortable with its tensions and ambiguities, and experience a rich, joyful life with the God who mysteriously encounters us in its pages.

All are welcome!
